Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your contemporary furniture purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Packaging: Original packaging must be intact (special packaging for bar carts, bath accessories, etc. must be preserved)
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high hygiene and quality standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Opened packages of Bath Linens & Mats
- Installed or used Bath Accessories
- Custom or Made-to-Order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Exchange Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your area rug, bar cabinet, or other item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
