If for any reason you’re not delighted, our straightforward returns process ensures your design journey remains effortless.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (special packaging for items like bar carts or bath accessories must be preserved)
- A proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bath Linens & Mats (opened packages)
- Bath Accessories that have been installed or used
- Custom or Made-to-Order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below).
- Wait for Approval – Our design team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item – Once approved, repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship It Back – We’ll provide return shipping instructions. For exchanges, please indicate your new item preference.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Restocking Fee: Some large furniture items (beds, bedroom sets) may incur a 15% restocking fee
Exchange Process
For exchanges of accent chairs, serveware, or other eligible items:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
- Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your area rug, bar cabinet, or other item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
