Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (special packaging for items like bar carts or bath accessories must be preserved)
  • A proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bath Linens & Mats (opened packages)
  • Bath Accessories that have been installed or used
  • Custom or Made-to-Order furniture pieces
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below).
  3. Wait for Approval – Our design team will review your request within 2 business days.
  4. Package Your Item – Once approved, repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship It Back – We’ll provide return shipping instructions. For exchanges, please indicate your new item preference.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of accent chairs, serveware, or other eligible items:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your area rug, bar cabinet, or other item arrives damaged or incorrect:

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
